چکیده
In the present study, we investigated possible involvement of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in osteopontin-derived SVVYGLR (SV) peptide-mediated migratory activities myogenic cells and evaluated facilitative effects SV peptide on differentiation vitro. The peptide-induced migration both human-derived satellite myoblasts was substantially suppressed by TGF-β1 receptor inhibitor SB431542 or SB505124. Besides, expression level Smad3 phosphorylation further enhanced addition comparison with control groups. Furthermore, an increase myogenin-positive nuclei a higher number nascent myotubes myosin heavy chain confirmed cultured supplemented peptide. These results suggest that effect into myotubes.

Interleukin-6 promotes myogenic differentiation of mouse skeletal muscle cells: role of the STAT3 pathway.
Myogenic differentiation of skeletal muscle cells is characterized by a sequence of events that include activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and enhanced expression of its target gene Socs3. Autocrine effects of IL-6 may contribute to the activation of the STAT3-Socs3 cascade and thus to myogenic differentiation. The importance of IL-6 and STAT3 for the diffe...

متن کاملJAK-STAT pathway and myogenic differentiation
Myogenic differentiation plays an important role in muscle regeneration and is regulated by two transcription factor families, MRFs and MEF2, which induce differentiation of myoblasts through expression of the muscle-specific gene, myogenin. In addition, many intracellular signaling pathways are also involved in myogenic differentiation, including p38 MAPK, ERK/MAPK and PI3K/AKT. The JAK-STAT p...

متن کاملModeling Stem Cell Myogenic Differentiation
The process of stem cell myogenesis (transformation into skeletal muscle cells) includes several stages characterized by the expression of certain combinations of myogenic factors. The first part of this process is accompanied by cell division, while the second part is mainly associated with direct differentiation. The mechanical cues are known to enhance stem cell myogenesis, and the paper foc...
